TERMENA MUSIC COMPLETE ( PENDRIVE + BOX)

Products purchased in the store lukastermena.eu have individual engraving for the customer and it is not possible to resell them. Such products are subject to complaint only when:

– the alu packaging is damaged

– the USB flash drive is damaged (including impossible to read usb media)

 

BRACELETS:

Bracelets with your own name, engraved individually are not returnable as it is impossible to sell them further.

Complaints are accepted in case of:

– The bracelet came damaged or with a broken strap. (Complaints will not be considered if the band was shortened by the customer.)

Bracelet is guaranteed for 60 days after purchase.
